preferably a teenager on summer vacation to help with some repairs
around her house. Cullen McKay responds to her ad in the newspaper
and Stephanie is quite surprised when she sees that Cullen is not a
teen but rather a virile man of twenty-five. As Cullen stays on for
the summer the attraction between this older women and her younger
handyman becomes too much for them to handle.
I found HER HANDYMAN to be a more
emotional read rather than the erotica I was expecting. Cullen and
Stephanie become more comfortable as friends rather than lovers and
when they finally do act upon their attractions, they come together
more with a whisper than a bang. Jennah Sharpe has written a
sentimental read that indicates no promises of love but rather of
companionship to escape the loneliness Stephanie and Cullen feel.

were very hands on and just plain “sweet”!

Toh is a different kind of shapeshifter.
His talent lets him take on human guise. His real form is that of a
tall, slender, pale humanoid. He knows that risking his life to see
if there are survivors of the ship he saw explode could get him into
serious trouble with Warlord B'nen who has nothing but contempt for
the Shifter. But Toh, who is not a criminal, knows how to survive,
although getting to Regulation from the Northern Waste will be hard
to do.
In the harshest of environments and
under the direst of circumstances, attraction can bloom and
passionate love can flourish. Can Hoara and Toh reach the relative
safety of Regulation? From there, Hoara can send a message to the
Fleet so that she and Toh can be rescued.
Toh is an intriguing character. K. S.
Augustin has written a poignant, heart-tugging story of desperation
and determination to live. It is gritty and sensual in a stark,
bleak environment. Sometimes, something very good can come from
something very bad. K. S. Augustin knows how a science fiction
romance should be structured and presented.. BLISS is a winner and
on my list of keepers. Read and enjoy.
