Erotic Contemporary Gay Romance - Short

Southern California - Present Day

Aaron has never been a people person, preferring to tinker with his computers rather than going out and meeting new people. Ironically, for a self-confessed loner geek, his flame red hair, green eyes and pale skin always ensures Aaron gets a lot of attention, but he never knows what to do about it. In a bid to fight his innate shyness, Aaron takes a job providing tech support at a large multinational company – a job that will have him interacting with people but still surrounded by computers. Then one day, Aaron is called up to work on Yoshiki "Ki" Fukui's laptop, one of the company's rising stars.  Not sure what to expect, the gorgeous Eurasian blonde executive literally takes Aaron's breath away and leaves him feeling…well, weird.

Even weirder is the way Ki warms up to Aaron, constantly calling for help on various computer problems. Then Ki comes up with a proposition that Aaron can't refuse – carte blanche to buy and implement all the latest electronic toys for Ki's new house. Soon the two are hanging out together on weekends as they check out all the latest gadgets.   Throughout this time, Aaron continues to feel things around Ki that leave him confused and bewildered. The light finally dawns when Ki makes it clear that his interest in Aaron is more than friendly. For Aaron, it is a revelation since he's never felt this way about anyone before, especially a guy!  Finally giving into their feelings, the two start a sizzling affair, but a lifetime of insecurities has Aaron thinking this is just a passing phase for the much more worldly Ki. When the outside world intrudes on their private idyll, has the clock struck midnight for Aaron and Ki?

With TECH SUPPORT, Jet Mykles adds to her growing list of excellent homoerotic romances. Aaron and Ki are a fabulous couple who are the complete opposite of each other. Ki's brash confidence is the perfect foil for Aaron's shyness, but what I loved best about them is the openness that each has to the possibilities they can find with each other. The story is well paced with some explosive love scenes that will leave readers hot and bothered.  Be sure to add this gem of a tale to your shopping cart the next time you're at Loose Id's site.
