Erotic Paranormal Romance - Short Story

Cabin in the mountains ~ Present Day

Project: Silhouette - a government funded project that takes a wrong turn.

Working security for the project his sister, Cleo, was in charge of, didn't seem like a bad idea. However, something went wrong and shadows detached from his sister and are now attached to him. Garret Renke isn't sure how much longer he can fight off the sexual shadows and the temptations they exude. Garret sets a plan into motion that will bring his sister, Cleo, back and hopefully the shadows will reattach themselves to her. Unfortunately, Cleo is smart as a whip and Garret finds himself staring at Regina Howard, his sister's assistant, instead of Cleo. Can Regina help him?

Regina Howard doesn't understand what the heck is going on but she wonders why Garret Renke has her kidnapped. She soon learns the shadows, the very ones that she quit her job and ran from, are connected to Garret. He's looking for Cleo for help, but Regina knows what it takes to get rid of the shadows, and it will take Garret's wholehearted participation. Will he agree when she tells him the only way to get rid of the aberrations is to have sex...lots of hot, rough sex?

PROJECT: SILHOUETTE is intriguing and captured my interest from the start. It's got a secret government project, a gorgeous man who stays horny because of the shadows, and a woman who's more than willing to help him out. Garret and Regina's desire for one another is mutual which is revealed while they try to get rid of the shadowy creations haunting him day and night. The sex between them is steamy, equally satisfying, and intense. But will it destroy his sister's creations?
