Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (A.K.A. the Ordinary), the catacombs in the lower realm and the Abyss - Present day

Eve Sinclair’s brothers, James and Duncan, have played tricks on her before (most demons do enjoy a good prank), but this one has gone way past the realm of acceptable; they’ve stolen a dragon’s egg, a royal dragon’s egg, and it’s Eve’s job to get it back home safely. Matters quickly become complicated when Eve retrieves the egg and instantly feels as if it’s hers. Dragons and demons don’t mix, everyone knows it, but somehow this little egg has taken possession of her, and he won’t be the only one--his big brother, Ranton, has arrived and it seems he wants Eve as well.

Ranton is the commander of the dragon legion, second son of Queen Carmaron, he’s not known for his sense of humor. Finding his little brother still safely ensconced in his egg, some of Ranton’s wrath is averted, but the little demon who has him in her arms must reveal who dared to steal a royal egg. If the stubborn little thing won’t give him answers, he’ll be forced to use her delectable body in all sorts of ways until she gives in. Eve’s nickname may be “Evil Evie," but she hasn’t seen anything yet.

Oh my! If you don’t feel your temperature rise as you read THE DRAGONS’ DEMON, you should head to a hospital quick, something must be wrong with you! With his domineering ways and glittering black scales, Ranton could seriously intimidate some women. It’s lucky for him then that he’s met his equal, a demon with courage to spare and a surprisingly gentle soul, Eve is more than able to take him on. The passion generated by these two is blistering and it doesn’t take long for Ranton to decide that he should keep Eve as his prize. Will Eve accept being Ranton’s “property” or will she reveal her own feelings instead, that she doesn’t belong to him, he belongs to her?

Well, as you can imagine, a story filled with angels like Annua, Zephon, Daniel and Uriel (surprisingly vengeful for an angel); dragons like Prince Teban (Ranton’s older brother, he’s up for a prank or two, but woe betide any who double-cross him); and of course demons, namely Eve’s brothers, James (Mister “Try Anything”) and Duncan (as easygoing a demon as has ever existed) and their father, the fallen angel Asael (a father’s love is difficult to deny, but a fallen angel’s views on life and family allow for a bit more leeway when a child misbehaves); is bound to be interesting. And of course I can’t forget the egg, Jentaron, destined to be the new dragon King, he’s just full of surprises.

The first in Marie Harte’s new Ethereal Foes series, THE DRAGONS’ DEMON will thrill readers even as it leaves you begging for more. I can’t wait for the next book in the fantastic series to come out, and I’m confident you’ll feel the same way. Stop by Samhain today and get your copy of this fabulous new book!
