Erotic Contemporary Romance

Vancouver, British Columbia – Present Day

All her life, attorney Ann Montgomery has been encouraged, or rather, told she must work hard in order to be successful. This drive has resulted in her current state of being overworked, stressed out, and very much in physical pain. At the advice of her friends, she visits a spa for a massage. With just one look at and just one touch from her masseur, Ann goes over the edge of sensual satisfaction.

Adonis Stefanakis is young, free and suddenly in lust with his latest client, Ann. As a masseur at Pure Indulgence, Adonis knows there can be nothing between them, but it doesn’t stop him from providing Ann sexual relief with his fingers. His life is carefree and that’s just the way he likes it. When Ann lets Adonis know she wants more than a chaste massage from him, the first step is to take it outside the spa. But can there be anything more between them?

Wow, this is another top notch story from Susan Lyons about four girlfriends living and loving in Vancouver. Ann has been pressured by her mother to push love, family and friendships aside all in the name of going to the top and becoming a successful lawyer. Up until now, Ann has dutifully followed the plan, but it’s literally killing her. She has a fellow lawyer interested in her, but he’s married and off limits. Adonis provides a bit of distraction.

Adonis’s effect upon her throws Ann for a loop. He’s not overly ambitious and he’s content to work temporary jobs until the urge to go somewhere else comes up. How can Ann, with an agenda for life clearly mapped out, have a future with Adonis? Well, she compromises and embarks on a purely sexual affair with him. Nothing gained, nothing lost. Except, maybe her heart in the end.

Both Ann and Adonis are likeable, and even though they can’t see it right away, a perfect match. There are plenty of sexual escapades in TOUCH ME, but it’s purely a romance that blossoms between Ann and Adonis. Will they have their happily-ever-after, or will Ann walk away from the one man who complements her?

Readers who have enjoyed the previous titles in the Awesome Foursome series will love TOUCH ME. Along the way, we get to learn more about what’s going on with the other ladies. One more book to go—Rina’s—and I can’t wait.

TOUCH ME is an unforgettable story, with its description of tantric sexual techniques and its depiction of how sometimes it isn’t about being rich and successful, but about enjoying life to the fullest. I loved TOUCH ME and adored Ann and Adonis and hope to see them married by the end of Rina’s story. That’s a hint, Ms. Lyons! For these reasons, TOUCH ME richly deserves a La Grande Mort from this reviewer. Just be sure to grab plenty of ice.
