Erotic Paranormal Romance

Fairyville, Arizona - Present Day

Zoe Clare has no problem communicating with the dead, or the fairies who have adopted her as their human.  But she can't make her landlord, Magnus Monroe -- whom she has been in love with since he arrived in Fairyville -- hear what she is telling him.  Once a month, at the full moon, he beds a different woman.  Magnus's erotic antics are the stuff of legend, and Zoe doesn't understand why he won't act on the chemistry between them.  When she finally works up the nerve to seduce him, Magnus tells Zoe that he can't be with her.  She has heard that line before.  Her ex-boyfriend, Alex Goodbody, told her the same thing -- then broke her heart with a scandal that drove him out of town.  When Alex unexpectedly comes back, and lets her know that he is interested in finishing what they started, Zoe, sick of waiting for Magnus, finds that she may be ready to forgive him.

Alex and his business partner, Bryan, are investigating a case that began with a birth in Fairyville.  The thought of returning to his hometown twists his insides.  Alex will have to face a town not ready to forgive his scandal, and most importantly, Zoe.  Alex knows that Bryan is sexually attracted to him, and Alex needs someone to focus on to get through the coming ordeal.  But, by seducing Bryan, Alex winds up complicating things more.  Seeing Zoe again brings back the desperate love that Alex felt for her when they were young.  Zoe is well aware of Alex and Bryan’s relationship, but isn’t ready to brush Alex off until she fulfills her high school dream.  When Bryan decides to give Alex his fondest desire, Magnus has a magical ringside seat to his worst nightmare.  In one night Zoe, Alex, and Bryan set in motion a chain of events that will change many lives forever.  It will also bring out a jealousy in Magnus that will threaten Zoe's heart, and her life.

Other characters include Titania, a queen in the fairy realm and Magnus's mother; Rajel, a queen in the mortal realm, and her band of fairies; Lizanne Pruitt and her odd son, Oscar; and Teresa, Zoe's best friend.  With mistaken identities, ghouls from another realm, and ghosts demanding a voice, Zoe has her hands full.  She is willing to fight for what she wants, but when secrets are kept, or are unknown, what is a girl supposed to do?  After two lonely years -- anyone who is interested.

FAIRYVILLE is the town where weird is normal and desire is thick in the air.  Zoe has a big heart and is a strong character.  She knows Magnus has a secret and is determined to bring it out into the open.  Magnus escaped the fairy realm with a strict visa limiting his magic and his heart.  Each time he has sex he must give back the heart of his partner.  His love for Zoe keeps him from taking her -- there is no way Magnus will give back her heart -- and to keep from hurting her more, he takes only one partner a month.  Magnus is a (yummy) character filled with pain and charm.  When Alex and Bryan show up, Magnus knows that the time has come for him to fight the odds against him for the love he can’t live without.  No matter what the consequences will be.

Parallel story lines link up and overlap nicely in this story.  Quirky characters keep the story fun and moving forward.  Erotic scenes are intense and no-holds-barred, with changing partners, gay and ménage scenes that are well written and sizzling hot.  The ending pulls all the strings together nicely with questions answered, secrets revealed, and surprises unveiled.  I highly recommend a trip to FAIRYVILLE.  Readers will definitely enjoy the ride.
