Other characters who are there for mainly background purposes are Paul Fieval, Raiden's friend and employee, Evan and Erin, Juliana's children, and last but not least, Kofy, Juliana's guide dog who loves to eat green M&M's.

It's refreshing to see the chubby girl who's truly beautiful on the inside and out, get the gorgeous hunk of a man. Ivory is intelligent, loves to travel, and has a hard time believing that Niccolo could really want her. For Niccolo, he travels the world, spends his money, and makes money without lifting a finger, but he's lonely. He's searching for a companion to spend his life with and when Ivory enters his life, Niccolo can't believe he might have actually found her. Of course, there's still the fact that he's a vampire and Ivory has a hard time with that. Is her love for him strong enough to handle the truth? The sex is steamy, erotic, and emotional. Both Niccolo and Ivory are overwhelmed by the current that runs between them.
