London, England – Present Day

Max Stephenson turns his head, then stops in the middle of the conversation with his business partner and best friend Alex Shaw. Unwilling to let things end so abruptly, Cassandra decides to visit the club again to seek out Max.  She has no idea that he is a silent partner in the Club Succulent with his friend Alex, making it easy for him to show up as often as he likes.  Disappointed that Cassandra left without a goodbye or even a wave, he tries to get some information from Alex on who she is.  Max is frustrated when Alex refuses and is tempted to walk into the office to pull out her file for himself.  Max knows that would be a violation of Cassandra's privacy and continues to look around, hoping that she'll walk through that door. When Max sees Cassandra enter the club, he follows the blond in pigtails and short skirt, asking if she's free to play.  Cassandra smiles and looks forward to another night of pleasure with her prince charming.

Tilly Green captivates the reader right away with intelligent adults in business for themselves and not afraid to explore their sexual boundaries.  Gabrielle is a successful businesswoman in the real world, but desires to be dominated sexually, and is looking for just the right man.  Max lovingly masters Gabrielle and eagerly yearns to bring her pleasure by any means necessary.  Max is so giving and enthusiastic in what he has to offer, that Gabrielle's reluctance for real involvement begins to peel away.  Readers will be intrigued and want a happy ending for this couple, who are clearly as compatible away from the toys in the BDSM world as they are in the playroom.  The author does such a good job, that those who may have preconceived notions of what to expect from this particular lifestyle may be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to get caught up in it.
