Erotic Contemporary Romance - Short Story

Richmond, Virginia - Present Day

Melissa Parham has a very tough decision to make. She must choose between best friends and co-workers Roger Harris and Dean Jansen. Both want her, but it is up to Melissa to pick one of them. Dean is the more easy going of the two, whereas Roger is the silent type. But Melissa enjoys being friends with these two men and she is afraid that if she has to choose one to be with, the relationship she has with them will be destroyed.

One night as they are going home after having dinner, the SUV that Roger is driving skids off the road and lands upside down in the woods. All are fine, but they can’t get out because the doors are stuck. As they all huddle together for warmth, they continue their discussion. Dean decides it is better if they act on their attraction for Melissa, and since they are not going anywhere, why not give Melissa what she wants. For this night both men will give into their passion and all three will have great sex together. Melissa is intrigued, but a bit wary at the though of having a threesome with two men who could gossip about it at the office. But, ultimately, she decides to give in and have a sexual adventure she would never see coming.

TWO FOR THE MONEY is short, fast and very pleasing, especially from Melissa’s point of view. Instead of these three characters acting on their emotions and then talking later, they actually have initial conversations on why they should all be together and what the consequences may be. Their future relationship is thought out and very believable, especially Melissa’s reactions. I felt as if I were in her shoes wondering what the next day would bring if I had acted on my secret desire to have two men give me their special loving approach. Roger and Dean are too-good-to-be-true men who don’t mind being with Melissa in every way. Things are open ended, but you are still left with satisfying results. If you are one who enjoys a witty and sexy unconventional romance, Leigh Wyndfield has written a nice one with TWO FOR THE MONEY.
