A small town in Virginia; New York City, New York – Present Day

Lost and out of gas with a non-workable cell phone, romance author Peyton Pendagrass is worried about finding help.  The only source of light she can find is that of the Chimera Rare Bookstore.  Mr. Rupert Smith is the owner and, as it is very late, he reluctantly invites her in.  But there is more to Mr. Smith and his beautiful bookstore than meets the eye.  Mr. Smith offers Peyton the opportunity to go back in time and make a change in her existence.  He will come to her in three days to see if she likes the changes.  If not, she can go back to the time she first met Mr. Smith.

After shaking her head at the absurdity of such a thing, Peyton knows exactly what she wants.  Following the wedding of her friend, Cassie, to Jake, Peyton has an explosive night of mind-boggling sex with action star Christopher Grant, but seriously regrets it now.  That was nine months ago.  She should have been more careful in how she worded her wish.

Peyton finds herself six months in the past at the New York home of  Jake and Cassie … in her car … in the driveway … and has a meeting of her expensive car with another expensive car  ... owned by Christopher Grant.  Christopher still wants Peyton very much and he will do just about anything to convince her that the night they had was not a mistake.  But Peyton is engaged…

What a treat!   AGAIN is a must read for fans of strong characters, especially yumi-licious men who are simply to die for.  I thought I was going to lose my monitor because of all the smoke coming from the pages.  Adrienne Kama knows just how to let her hero and heroine take over the story and give the reader a jaw-dropping romp of two people who get a second chance at making things right, if they don't kill each other first.  With Jake and Cassie also being very helpful, Peyton may do away with all three of them.  The dialogue is witty and sophisticated and so very much in keeping with the premise and characters.  I will be reading AGAIN several times.  I very much recommend it.
