San Francisco, California - Present Day

When star quarterback and playboy Ty Calhoun first learns that the team’s new owner wants him to clean up his image, his reaction is to tell the bullying older man to take a leap.  Plenty of teams in the National Football League would be more than willing to sign the quarterback who just won the Super Bowl, so Ty’s not without options.  Then, his agent tells Ty that the image consultant the owner wants to hire is Julie Spencer.  Ten years ago, on the night they graduated from high school, Ty spent the best night of his life with Julie, but he blew it the next morning.  If cleaning up his image means getting to see Julie again, Ty is more than happy to go along with their plans.

Julie Spencer doesn’t follow or particularly like football, and she holds an even lower opinion of jocks – especially Ty.  She lost both her virginity and her heart to the high school sports star, and she’s never forgotten, or forgiven, the humiliation she felt at knowing that she was nothing to him.  She doesn’t want to work with him, but her recent expansion has left her company a little short on cash, and she decides the money from this account will be worth the risk.  Unfortunately, Ty is even more attractive than he was in high school and, while her head and heart tell her to stay far away from him, her body has other ideas.  But how can she convince him to stop his womanizing when all she wants to do is jump him herself?

GAME FOR ANYTHING is a sexy and entertaining novel.  The chemistry between Julie and Ty sizzles right off the pages, and makes for some interesting and steamy scenes.  It doesn’t take long for Julie to end up exactly where she doesn’t want to be – stuck with Ty and battling temptation.  Ty has always regretted the way things happened between them in high school, but it’s not until he sees Julie again that he realizes just how much he wants a second chance.  With only a few secondary characters, the story focuses mainly on Julie and Ty, and their highly erotic relationship.

A tantalizing read, GAME FOR ANYTHING is sure to please.
