Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Present Day

The wedding of her best friend was supposed to be fun for Benai Peters, but thanks to the rude attentions of the groom’s brother, Bancroft Grayhawk, Benai can’t wait to escape the reception.  Weeks ago when they first met, she was flattered by his compliments, but he’s been rude to her since, and she’ll be glad to be away from him.  Rescue comes from his brother, Randall, and honestly, Benai couldn’t be happier.  Though Bancroft has a lot going for him, with the exception of his recent behavior, Benai finds herself more attracted to Randall.

The eight Grayhawk brothers have always had a strict rule about not dating a woman another brother is interested in, and none of them have ever been tempted – until now.  The moment Randall sees Benai he wants her, but Bancroft has already staked a claim; one that Benai doesn’t acknowledge.  Randall tries to stay away from her, but he can’t deny the attraction, and eventually asks Benai out.  But between the guilt he feels over the supposed betrayal of Bancroft and the fact that Randall refuses to fall in love, their relationship may be doomed before it even starts.

The sequel to NIGHTS OF DESIRE, LOVE OUT LOUD introduces the rest of the tight-knit Grayhawk family.  The love and loyalty between the siblings is absolute, but is about to be tested.  Randall was burned by love once before, and has no intention of falling again.  The feelings he has for Benai are too strong to ignore, but he’s sure it isn’t love that he’s feeling.  Benai on the other hand is starting to hear her biological clock ticking, and yearns for love and a family.  She can see herself falling for Randall, but his unwillingness to love or marry has her worried about her heart.

Various members of the family play a part in the relationship, but for the most part, they feel that since Randall doesn’t think he’s in love with Benai, he should leave her alone – for Bancroft’s sake.  The only one who doesn’t share that opinion is Randall’s twin, Peyton, who has decided that Randall is just too stubborn to admit that he does love Benai.  With the family problems and their cross-purposes as far as relationships are concerned, their romance is a rocky, if erotic one.

An engaging tale, check out LOVE OUT LOUD.
