Present Day

Max Cress is stunned when his best friend, Ana, tells him that she’s agreed to be another man’s slave.  First, because Ana is a bit commitment-phobic, and agreeing to this is a little too close to a commitment for either of their sakes.  Secondly, because this guy is not only the latest in a long string of losers that Ana has dated, but he’s also more of a bully and a sadist than a Dom.  Max has always kept the fact that he is a Dom secret from Ana, but now he decides it’s time to let her know the truth.  It’s also time to finally act on the feelings he’s had for her for years.

Shocked and a bit hurt by Max’s admission, Anastasia Cooper can’t believe that he’s never told her about his lifestyle; not even when she told him that she thinks she’s a sub, and that she would like to find a man to master her.  When he pulls her over his lap, Ana is both furious over his betrayal and aroused to find herself in such a position.  While she worries over the effect this change may have on their friendship, Ana knows she’s not going to pass up a chance to be trained, especially since the trainer is Max.

MASTER ME is the tale of two friends becoming lovers, with a little kink thrown in.  When they first became friends, Max didn’t share the truth about his Dominant side because he was afraid it might not go over well with Ana.  When she admits her curiosity and willingness to explore being a submissive, Max again keeps quiet, now because he’s doesn’t want to ruin their friendship.  The man she’s chosen however, is someone who will abuse her, and Max won’t let that happen.  Ana has never seen Max as a romantic interest, but after he reveals his true nature, she can see that he’s always been that way, she’s just been blind to it.

Though this is the third book involving the Cress brothers, it can be read on it’s own.  Those who have read the previous stories will enjoy being able to catch up with the characters from those books, and hopefully the fourth brother will get a story sometime soon.  Until then, pick up your copy of MASTER ME and enjoy.
