San Diego, California - Present Day

In all the years he’s known her, Vetta St. Claire has never driven Travis Carmichael crazy like she is now.  It’s difficult enough knowing that his chances of continuing his research are dwindling rapidly, but to have to watch the rich genius he shares office space with begin another useless study is too much.  Especially since her applicants are blocking access to his office.  Yet, when he finally gets to confront her with his complaints, the view Travis gets of his neighbor surprises him.  Who knew that underneath her layers of clothes and attitude, Vetta was hiding a body like that?

Vetta can’t decide which is worse; that Travis has seen her naked, or that his looking at her turned her on.  When she finds the obscene things he wrote on the application for her study, Vetta goes back to being angry.  Following him up to the roof, she has every intention of venting that anger, and maybe pushing him off.  Until he kisses her.

A tempting, yet emotional tale, TEST ME  brings together two people who have considered themselves enemies for almost seven years.  While they are constantly at each other’s throats, Vetta still thinks of Travis as her closest friend.  The attraction she feels for him is a surprise though.  Travis is also surprised by his feelings for Vetta, who he has always considered uptight.  To find that she has a naughty side is a pleasant shock.

Both Travis and Vetta have some baggage, and their respective hang-ups cause a few problems in their relationship, as well as make for a heartwarming story.  TEST ME  is a book I highly recommend.
