Aurora Garrwick has had enough.  Eight months ago, Aurora helped Aphrodite out of a jam, and to pay her back, Aphrodite’s son, Claude (better known as Cupid) has been sending house-husband candidates to Aurora.  At first it was nothing more than an annoyance, but with Aurora sending all of the men away, Claude has decided to play hardball, and now, whenever one of them says in a certain voice “I’m good in bed”, Aurora has an orgasm.  After more than eighty in one day, Aurora decides to have it out with Claude.  On the way to the address one of the men provided her with though, a phone call that causes another orgasm also causes Aurora to lose control of her car in a snowstorm.

Nigel Ha’gan knows something is up when he sees the snowstorm and the car which has hit a tree.  After all, it’s not snowing near his house, a short distance away.  Before he can think too much on it though, he knows he has to save the injured woman whose car is about to catch on fire.  It’s not until he has her safely away from the scene of the accident that he realizes how beautiful she is.  For the first time since his wife’s death, Nigel finds himself attracted to a woman, and that attraction doesn’t even abate when she turns violent after finding out that he’s a god.  When Aurora finds out that Nigel’s not the god to blame for her current predicament, the attraction between them explodes into passion, but are either of them ready for more than a brief fling?

An interesting and sexy short story, GOD STYLE TEMPTATION brings together two people who have lost loved ones in the past and have no desire to relive that kind of pain.  The chemistry between them sizzles, and it doesn’t take long for them to get together, however they also spend time talking and getting to know each other well enough to believe that romance is possible.

Taige Crenshaw first introduced readers to the gods in SEDUCING A GOD, and we get to meet another in GOD STYLE TEMPTATION.  There are hints that other stories may be forthcoming, and I look forward to seeing more of these characters.  A short but fun tale, look for GOD STYLE TEMPTATION.
