Amanda belongs to William VanHorn, the head of the Dragon Center, or so William tells her in no uncertain terms. Amanda must deal with more pressing matters, such as finding the man who murdered her husband. She also tries to run away from William, but he is watching her every move and will use his expertise in seduction to make Amanda surrender. And she does all too willingly. Soon they are man and wife, and every moment William can get, he tries to get Amanda pregnant. Soon their marriage is not just filled with sexual congress, but the hope that a baby may be on its way.

As Amanda tries to handle her husband's animalistic desires, there is another man who wants Amanda for his own devious reasons. Both William and Amanda are unaware of this enemy because these two are so busy acting on their physical desires for each other. And all William wishes for is to make a child with his wife, but he is soon falling in love with Amanda.

Break out the fans because this story has so much sex between Amanda and William that I was surprised they could both still walk! BLACK DRAGON'S BLOOD is the perfect erotic romance to suit anyone's needs. There is passion, lust and some interesting sex play going on. And when Amanda finds out she is pregnant, the only way to nourish the baby and herself is to have even more sex with her husband. I have to give Anita Philmar credit for that reason, and this makes for some creative lovemaking between the two.

BLACK DRAGON'S BLOOD is not just a story filled with sex and nothing more. The way William cares for Amanda is very sweet, and he only wants the best for her. His need for a family is great, and he feels that Amanda is the perfect woman and mate to achieve this. But things are not easy between the two as Amanda continually protects her heart from this wonderful man. And because she keeps William at arm's length, she places herself in danger.

Lusty sex scenes and a nice suspenseful plot makes BLACK DRAGON'S BLOOD one that should not be missed.
