Readers should be warned that like all other titles from this series, there is never a clear-cut happy ending. No person, whether mortal or Monere, has endured the suffering that Mona Lisa has, and at times it seemed a bit too much. It's also best to have read the previous books, as characters and themes from them are very much a part of Sunny's latest.
