Napping - Present Day

For two years Cassie has been free of the horrible visions which had plagued her in big cities. Settling down in the small rural town of Napping proved to be beneficial as Cassie hasn't been struck with any horrible images. That quickly changes one day when Cassie has a vision of a local woman dead, and not by natural means. But how can Cassie tell this woman what she saw without being branded a freak by the whole town? The only one Cassie can think to turn to is Sheriff Henry "Ty" Tyson, a man who looks very scrumptious in his uniform, and whom Cassie knows would look even better out of it. Can she trust Ty with a secret that has caused her nothing but pain her entire life?

A psychic female and a sexy sheriff. Sounds good, right? And it is...don't get me wrong. But I would have enjoyed more sexual tension between Cassie and Ty in SEEING BLIND. From the start, these two know exactly how the other one feels and readers know it's just a matter of a few pages before they act on their lust. Still, their quick coupling works in the context of the story because it's not long before Cassie has to decide whether she can trust Ty with all her secrets. Cassie has been running from her visions for years, and is always fearful that someone in her small community will find out her ability. And Ty, in all of his sweet and sensuous glory, is the one person Cassie can confide in.

A scorching tale from Katie Allen, readers are sure to enjoy SEEING BLIND.
