Present Day

Sorin, the Vampire King is restless, edgy. His concubines no longer please him. What is wrong with him? Then a woman calling herself Kayla arrives and Sorin’s libido rises to the occasion with no help whatsoever. Who is this woman and why is she here? One thing is for sure…she will warm his bed this day.

Daughter of Herne, Kayla is sent to protect Sorin from the evil that is trying to kill him. She’s heard stories about his prowess, his looks, but nothing prepares her for the punch of lust that she feels when he comes into the room. The man oozes sex and she wants him…now.

But evil is hovering inside Sorin’s home and attempts are made on Sorin and Kayla’s lives. Can she protect the man she’s fallen in love with? And what happens when her assignment as bodyguard is over?

Titillating is what I found Michelle Hasker’s SORIN. From the first word to the last, the sexual tension stays constant, but more than that the storyline is right there with the sex. Sorin is a dominant male who melts you with one look. Kayla is a powerful demi-goddess, and yet, in Sorin’s presence she is reduced to a puddle of goo. <g> And I mean that in a good way. Secondary characters include Sorin’s sister, Elena and her husband Nicolas; and Vicki and her husband Nash. These couples have a lot to do with helping Kayla and Sorin find the culprit, and with getting these two together.

Hot sex, gorgeous men, and strong women are what readers will uncover in SORIN.
