Sexy, ripped and dangerous are perfect descriptions of Razor, one of the most feared and respected vampires around.  Razor’s reputation is well earned, by the way.  On his last visit to the clan, he brutally killed all of the human servants belonging to the vampires…by ripping away chunks of their flesh!  Well, he is visiting the clan again and Karma has the honor of being his human servant for the duration of his stay.  Did I mention that she is shaking in her boots just thinking about it!  One thing she has in her favor is that she is a strong telepath.  She knows that using her talents to anticipate his desires is probably her only hope of staying alive.  When she meets Razor at the airport, she immediately reads his desire to feast on her blood.  With only thoughts of self-preservation in mind, Karma sends Razor new images to replace the ones of bloodlust.  She sends him a picture of her giving him a blow job!  She never expects her plan to backfire.

SUMMONED BY LUST is one of the best erotic short stories I have read in a long time.  The story starts with the big and bad Razor walking off of the plane towards Karma.  After reading the first few pages, I knew I was in for a treat.  Ms. Sidhe’s knack of providing even the smallest details in her descriptions of the characters, their actions and their feelings goes a long way in enhancing the eroticism and drawing readers into her tightly woven web of seduction.  Razor is just a real hottie who immediately stakes his claim on Karma.  Of course, I have a soft spot for a vamp that knows exactly what he wants and doesn’t waste time with small-talk.  On the surface, Karma is a sexy servant to the vamps who has existed this long because of her talents and ability to keep a level head.  Her attraction to Razor is instant despite the fact that she avoids sexual contact with vampires as a rule.   

SUMMONED BY LUST is a must read that I have to recommend to anyone who enjoys reading about aggressive vampires not afraid to show (and use) their incisors.  For a heaping of hot sex and uncontrollable bloodlust, add SUMMONED BY LUST to your ebook list.  I just couldn’t get enough of Razor and Karma, so I had to award SUMMONED BY LUST RRTE’s highest honor,  La Grande Mort.
