Erotic Romantic Suspense

Cypress, Texas - Present Day

Responding to a disturbance call, Officer Regina Fallon has just called for backup when a woman screams.  She barely has time to look at the victim before Regina herself is attacked.  Her assailant is huge, intent on killing her to “make him pay”, and just as Regina loses consciousness, another officer arrives.  Waking up in the hospital, she is grateful to be alive, but isn’t feeling so lucky when she finds out that Cam Douglas, Sawyer Pritchard and Hutch Bishop are in her room.

When they were ten, Hutch’s new foster brothers started teasing him about his new friend being a girl and Regina responded by bloodying both Cam and Sawyer’s noses.  After that, the four were inseparable.  Then, a year ago, a night of dinner and friendship turned erotic and Regina made love with her three best friends.  Freaked out by what happened, she has spent the last year avoiding Hutch, Sawyer and Cam, but they have no intention of letting her run any longer.

Sawyer, Cam and Hutch have each come to terms with the fact that they all love the same woman.  They know Regina well enough to realize that she would stay away from all of them rather than choose one over the others, so the men have decided that the only way to be with the woman they love is to share her.  Now they just have to convince Regina.

In BE WITH ME, as it becomes apparent that Regina’s attacker went after her specifically and isn’t finished with her yet, she has to face something even scarier: loving three men equally and knowing that if they can’t figure this out, she will lose the people who matter the most.  The bond between the four is obvious from the beginning, as is the fear.  Cam, Hutch and Sawyer had never known love or acceptance until they moved in with Birdie, the woman they still consider their mother, and met Regina.  In spite of her prominent and powerful family, Regina hadn’t known love either.  They’ve been best friends and family for years, but it’s still a struggle for all of them to adjust to the changes in their relationship.

The suspense revolves around the man who intends to harm Regina as revenge.  While this element is well-written, it acts as much as a catalyst for bringing Regina back into the lives of Hutch, Sawyer and Cam as it does part of the story.  A romantic, sensual tale, BE WITH ME is a thoroughly enjoyable read.
